SP 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SP 999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules under which SP 999 offers its online gaming and sports betting services to players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. SP 999 operates the platform accessible at sp999.im and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing or using any part of the SP 999 platform — including browsing the game lobby, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or withdrawing winnings — you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. SP 999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 2. Eligibility

To register and use SP 999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SP 999 takes age verification seriously and applies a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and SP 999 will take all necessary steps to prevent it.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming or sports betting under the laws applicable to your location and jurisdiction. SP 999 does not offer services in jurisdictions where such participation is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity that constitutes unlicensed operation of a gaming business.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with SP 999 or any exclusion arrangement that prohibits your participation.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of the payment methods used to fund your SP 999 account — you may not deposit using accounts or cards belonging to other individuals.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active SP 999 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. SP 999 uses technical and manual monitoring methods to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonus balances or winnings accrued through multi-accounting may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your SP 999 account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SP 999 login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. SP 999 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Verification

SP 999 may require you to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any point during the operation of your account. This is standard practice across all responsible gaming platforms and is required to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification requests will be communicated clearly through your registered contact details and you are expected to respond promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

SP 999 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in PKR: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. SP 999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals from verified accounts, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though SP 999 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming controls or in response to fraud detection triggers. Deposit limits requested by the player take effect immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods that belong to the account holder. SP 999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash and within 2–4 hours for bank transfers during normal business hours. SP 999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds or that appear unusual relative to account history.

4.4 Refused Transactions

SP 999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. In such cases, SP 999 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before processing is resumed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

SP 999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds.

• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your SP 999 balance until wagering requirements are completed.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• SP 999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of the promotional terms.
• Players who self-exclude or apply responsible gaming restrictions that affect their ability to meet wagering requirements may have outstanding bonus balances voided without compensation.
• Bonus winnings generated through fraudulent play, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will be forfeited and the associated accounts will be subject to suspension.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Game and Betting Integrity

All games offered through the SP 999 platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by internationally licensed game studios. RTP figures displayed for each game are verified and accurate. SP 999 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter the results of certified RNG games once a round has begun.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. For slots, the minimum bet is typically Rs 100 per spin. For sports betting, the minimum bet is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stake limits are displayed in the betslip and on each game's information panel. SP 999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on specific accounts or markets at its discretion, including in response to large or unusual betting patterns.

6.3 Error Handling

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or miscalculated odds, SP 999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player balances. This applies regardless of whether the error appeared to result in a win or a loss. SP 999 will not honour bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds where the error should have been apparent to a reasonable player — for example, odds of 1,000.0 on a heavy sporting favourite.

6.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For casino games, settlement is based on the certified outcome generated by the RNG system at the time of play. Settled bets are final unless SP 999 identifies a technical error or integrity issue that requires review.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SP 999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an SP 999 account.
• Money laundering: Using SP 999 for the purpose of processing or concealing the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse rather than legitimate entertainment betting.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without manual input.
• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one SP 999 account per individual player for any purpose, including bonus harvesting.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against deposits that were genuinely made by the account holder.
• Underage play: Attempting to access SP 999 while under 18 years of age or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SP 999 platform — including but not limited to game assets, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, and the SP 999 brand identity — is the intellectual property of SP 999 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any SP 999 content without prior written permission from SP 999. Personal use of the platform for entertainment purposes is permitted within the scope of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

SP 999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While SP 999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. SP 999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime or technical faults beyond SP 999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made based on information or odds displayed due to a technical error that was corrected before final settlement.
• Any losses arising from your voluntary decision to continue gambling beyond your stated limits or available balance.

Nothing in these Terms limits SP 999's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from SP 999's own negligence. SP 999's maximum liability to you in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

10. Privacy and Data

12. Account Suspension and Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction — inactive balances are held securely and remain withdrawable upon request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Detection of a duplicate or multi-account situation.

When an account is suspended due to investigation, any balance held in the account will be secured and returned to the account holder upon conclusion of the review if no wrongdoing is established. SP 999 will communicate the reason for suspension where it is possible to do so without compromising the integrity of an ongoing investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

SP 999 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the SP 999 platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which SP 999 operates. SP 999's decision on complaints related to game outcomes is final where those outcomes are the result of a correctly functioning certified RNG system.
