Account

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a password. Tick the age and terms confirmation boxes, then click Create My Free Account. SP 999 sends a one-time PIN to your number — enter it to verify your account. The whole process takes under 60 seconds. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

No. SP 999 strictly enforces one account per person. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or for any other reason is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all linked accounts may be suspended and bonus balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support@sp999.im immediately to have the duplicate closed before any action is taken.

Visit the Login page and choose either Password Login or OTP Login. For password login, enter your registered mobile number (without the leading 0) and your password. For OTP login, enter your number and SP 999 will SMS a 6-digit code — enter the code to sign in. Both methods give immediate access to your account dashboard, PKR balance, and the full game lobby.

Click the Forgot Password link on the SP 999 login form. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and SP 999 will SMS a reset code. Enter the code, create a new password, and your access is restored immediately. Your account balance and betting history are not affected by a password reset. The reset code is valid for 10 minutes — if it expires, simply request a new one.

Mobile number verification via OTP is completed during registration. Full identity verification — which may require a copy of your CNIC — is typically requested before processing larger withdrawals or as part of a routine account review. When prompted, submit a clear scan or photograph of your CNIC to support@sp999.im. Verification is completed within a few working hours. A verified account removes withdrawal delays for all future transactions.

Log in to your SP 999 account, go to Account Settings, and select Contact Details. Enter your new number and confirm via OTP. The change takes effect immediately. If you no longer have access to your old number and are locked out, email support@sp999.im with your account details and identity verification — the support team will assist in updating your contact information securely.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your SP 999 account and go to the Deposit section in your account dashboard. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, or Visa/Mastercard — and enter the amount. Follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen payment app. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your SP 999 balance instantly in most cases. The minimum deposit is Rs 500.

SP 999 accepts the following PKR payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees — there is no currency conversion and no international payment method required. SP 999 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments.

The minimum deposit on SP 999 is Rs 500. This applies across all supported payment methods. There is no minimum balance required to keep your account open — you can deposit as little as Rs 500 and play until that balance is used. If you have set a deposit limit on your account, your effective minimum will be whichever is higher: Rs 500 or the remaining allowance under your limit for the current period.

Check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. Currency conversion fees do not apply because all SP 999 transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees.

No — bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements attached to the specific offer before they can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable separately from your bonus balance (subject to meeting any minimum withdrawal amount). If you choose to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited according to the bonus terms. Your real-money balance will not be affected.

You can opt out of all SP 999 marketing and promotional communications at any time through Account Settings → Notifications and Marketing. You can also reply STOP to any SP 999 promotional SMS or email support@sp999.im with your number and an opt-out request. You will continue to receive essential operational messages — transaction confirmations and security alerts — but no promotional content. Yes. Every game on SP 999 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) from licensed international game studios. Results cannot be altered after a game round has started. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on each game are verified figures. SP 999 does not produce its own games — all titles come from established providers whose software is independently tested and certified.
